Product Growth Specialist

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and create target list of potential outreach in local real estate market; as well as potential US markets
- Identify new markets and research outreach targets
- Create sales presentations for sales pitches
- Develop new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
- Manage existing client sales relationship accounts
- Manage the development of new business opportunities
- Negotiating and finalizing sales agreements with clients
- Executing strategic sales plans to reach and exceed targets
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth
- Meeting or exceeding sales quotas through effective communication and persuasive skills
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of the customer's needs and developing customized solutions to meet those needs.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development and Product sales
- Must have experience in real estate marketing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Exceptional logical thinking and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Ability to plan and organize sales presentations, meetings, marketing strategies, and more
- Ability to work under pressure and willing to learn
- Familiarity with social media and the industry publications
- Passionate about technology and real estate
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
