FPM Marketing & Design Inc. (FPM3) is a boutique sales and marketing agency that specializes in eCommerce marketing within highly regulated industries.

You will be managing a diverse roster of clients, ranging from cannabis retailers to restaurants and clients in the service industry. With determination, integrity, and hard work, what you learn and experience in this role will enable you to create amazing business outcomes.

**The role**:

- Detailed and timely completion of campaigns and special projects
- Perform duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.
- Ensure all messages conform to GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other legal or compliance requirements.
- Assist with list management of all customer data within the database including opt-out management, hard bounce management, and related unsubscribe processes.
- Cross-working with team members for campaign consistency and quality
- Coordinate with graphics and web team to carry out successful campaign.
- Identify opportunities for increasing customer purchasing behaviour by consumer segments.

**Must-have skills for this role**:

- Proficiency in short and long-form copywriting (ad creative, blogs, whitepapers, etc.).

- Well-versed and knowledgeable in marketing psychology
- Extremely attentive to detail
- Strong written and oral English language
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure

**Software experience**:

- Google Analytics
- Wordpress & Woocommerce (required)
- Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (considered an asset, not required)
- Creative builders such as Canva, Viewst, etc. (considered an asset, not required)

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Hourly rate + Monthly Bonus
- Premium medical insurance (after 3 months) for Full-Time Employees

**Location**:Yaletown - Vancouver

**Start Date**: Immediately
