Job Description: Roveir is seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Hacker to join our team. As a Growth Hacker, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client companies by devising and executing innovative marketing strategies tailored to the tech industry, particularly in the SaaS sector. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about leveraging cutting-edge techniques to accelerate growth and achieve tangible results, including executing strategies for startups, new product launches, exploring new marketing angles, finding product market fit etc.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative and data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and customer acquisition for our client companies, with a focus on SaaS companies.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and identify key opportunities for growth within the SaaS industry.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns and maximize ROI, including executing strategies for new product launches and exploring new marketing angles.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth hacking and digital marketing.
- Interface directly with clients, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their growth objectives.
- Utilize media buying channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, TikTok, Google, etc., to reach target audiences effectively.
You’ll be reporting directly to the Growth Lead and CEO.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the tech industry, particularly in SaaS.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling SaaS companies through innovative marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS and tech industry, with a strong grasp of industry trends and dynamics.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms for tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
- Experience with media buying channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, TikTok, Google, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work as a team player; our entire team is local in Vancouver, and ideally, you will be able to work with us in-person to foster the company culture we're building at Roveir.
