This is an excellent opportunity to join a key business unit at DLL Canada with visibility to all aspects of the Sales and Operation process.
**Your Function**: Day to day**:
As an Asset Remarketing Administrator, you will be a member of a High performing team supporting the Sale and Remarketing of assets and delivering a superior customer experience.
- Work with an assigned worklist for follow-up related to collections/renewals/Asset disposition
- Handle inquiries related to documentation for leases in renewal. Including Invoices, lease documentation, Return Instructions
- Handle customer calls and inquiries
- Manage Refunds & related documentation to the customer
- System set up/maintenance to adjust the renewals on leases
- Provide Trade up documentation and potential backdating of transactions
- Assisting team members with various projects

**Your Profile**: Essentials**:
- 3-5 years of in Administration and/or Operations supporting various team members.
- Having worked in an Operations or Administrative function with leasing or financing industry experience is considered an asset
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communication, both on paper and on the phone
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent keying data entry skills
- Proficient in MS - Word & Excel and Outlook

- Solid team player with the ability to work in a very demanding, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently in an empowered work environment with established goals/expected results and limited step-by-step direction

This position allows for remote working from home across all of Canada. DLL has successfully evolved and adapted to remote work arrangements.
