**Contract Administrator**

As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for all aspects of contract administration related to various projects across Canada.

**Duties include**:

- Manage the tender process between contractors and clients including arrangement of pre-bid meetings, issuance of tender documents, addendums, tender summaries, etc.;
- Manage CCDC contract documentation including issuance of CCDCs, supplemental instructions, proposed change notices, change orders, change directives, submittals, etc.;
- Manage contract progress, including issuance of certificates for progress claims, substantial performance, holdback release, etc.;
- Respond to requests for information and provide quick consultations, solving problems as they arise;
- Coordinate service calls and manage reporting for roof leak service requests;
- Liaise with contractors and clients;
- Maintain records and filing systems;
- Help with peer review of specifications and reports;
- Other duties, as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary Education Degree/Diploma in Administration (or equivalent) or a combination of education and work experience;
- Minimum of three (3) years experience with CCDC contract administration;
- Familiarity with the various provincial lien legislations is considered an asset;
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office 365), familiarity with RoofCAD and GoldMine CRM is considered an asset;
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications is considered an asset;
- Experience in the roofing, building envelope, and paving industries is considered an asset;
- Meticulous attention to detail is critical;
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced & changing environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proven track record of maintaining high quality standards while working within tight deadlines;
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), judgement, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
