Real Estate Administrator

Re/Max Urban Toronto is looking for a Full-time Assistant/Receptionist. MUST HAVE RECEPTION EXPERIENCE.
Job Tasks Include:
- Assisting Broker of Record with all tasks
- Managing Broker of Record calendar & scheduling
- Helping agents with paperwork
- Managing and Organizing Database (CRM's)
- Keeping digital paperwork organized and up to date
- Putting together marketing pieces
- Updating/Uploading Listings on various sites
- Real Estate related errands, pick up/install lockboxes, set up signage etc.
- Post current listings onto third party leasing websites
- Follow up with any appointments from previous day
- Help any agents in office with any paperwork or training
- Booking, confirming appointments
- Upload listings to MLS
- File/Organize receipts each month
- Putting together Monthly Newsletter
- Take Deposit cheques/write Receipts
- News Blast to outside agents
- Light House Keeping
- Keep office stocked of all needed supplies
Skill Set
- Must Be ORGANIZED ( if this doesn't define you then please don't apply)
- Perfectly spoken and written English is a must
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be punctual and social
- Have basic knowledge of common computer programs and social media
- Task oriented and list oriented
- Attention to detail
- Hard working/Serious Inquiries only
- Must be comfortable with multiple social media outlets, as well as comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Software (Google Docs, Drive & Sheets), Xerox
- Experience with Docusign is an asset
**Salary**: $24.00 per hour
