**Salary**: $50,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

Accounts payable: 3 years (required)

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform everyday management of all payment cycle activities
- Provide efficient client service
- Keep track, process and reconcile payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, checks, refund requisitions etc., in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Ensure correct approval, sorting, coding and matching of invoices/receipts
- Regularly tabulate data
- Compile and present necessary reports
- Continuously improve payment processes

**Education and Qualifications**:

- 3+ years previous experience doing A/P, Billing, Coding and Data Entry is essential
- Secondary school diploma and minimum of 1-2 years formal accounting post-secondary education
- Strong awareness of accounting best practices and client confidentiality obligations in the workplace
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- An accurate, detail-oriented approach with the ability to function in an office with multiple interruptions and high demands.
