Job Title: Accounting Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at Auto Country. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing bank reconciliations, and reviewing financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Review financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Invoice clients and collect payments in a timely manner.
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data in a secure and organized manner.
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Prepare reports and provide financial analysis to management.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in accounting or related field.
  • Experience in accounting or related field an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Reliability and attention to detail.
Work Environment:
