As an **Operations Coordinator** at KBL Advantage, you will play a key role in keeping our business organized and running smoothly. This position requires a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with strong organizational and communication skills. You’ll assist with property management tasks, administrative duties, and coordination, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage schedules using Google Calendar, including coordinating cleaning shifts, inspections, and other property tasks.
- Use Excel and Google Docs to track and organize data, create reports, and maintain records.
- Convert documents to PDFs and manage digital files efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including updating checklists, tracking supplies, and communicating with team members.
- Conduct on-site property inspections as needed.
- Support staging and organizing properties for guest readiness.
- Communicate with property owners, guests, cleaners, and contractors in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues.

**Requirements**:

- Must be computer savvy, with strong knowledge of:

- Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Google Docs and document formatting
- Creating and managing PDFs
- Google Calendar, including advanced scheduling and reminders
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Smartphone proficiency for communication and app usage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Preferred Skills/Experience**:

- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or administrative roles.
- Knowledge of cleaning and staging standards is a bonus.
