Business Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administration Coordinator to join our team at the Old Orchard Inn. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, supervising other workers, and maintaining digital databases.
About the JobThis is a permanent position that requires 32-48 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar field and a college education. You must be available to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily operations and tasks
- Supervise and support other workers
- Maintain digital databases and filing systems
- Perform data entry and analysis
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business administration or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and other productivity software
