**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Recruit, train, and oversee staff in all departments to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency are met.
- Manage daily operations including inventory management, personnel performance, payroll, and financial accounting.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement effective budgeting strategies to optimize sales and manage expenses.
- Coordinate with external parties including suppliers, event coordinators and travel partners
- Foster a positive team environment through strong leadership and communication skills.
- Promoting and marketing the business, including developing ways to attract new clientele.
- Maintain the hotel's appearance by ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle inquiries and bookings professionally.

**Experience**

- Strong budgeting skills with an understanding of financial management within a retail context.
- Demonstrate leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and back-of-house operations is an asset, enhancing the overall guest experience.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of hotel management experience
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of supervising staff
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in phone etiquette
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting and financial management
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency preferred
- Prior experience in guest services and front desk operations
- Knowledge of human resources practices in a hospitality setting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
