**The Role**:
**Coordinator Employee Services - 15 Month Contract**
As a member of our employee services team, you provide front-line support and coaching to all RCL employees regarding Human Resource and Payroll inquiries in a timely and accurate matter to deliver optimal employee experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Champions a customer focused culture;
- Provides effective and efficient responses to inquiries from RCL employees regarding HR and Payroll policies and procedures;
- Assesses and interprets the level of complexity of employee inquiries, providing coaching, answering directly or escalating to appropriate parties for resolution;
- Ensures positive and consistent experiences by striving for excellence in understanding client requests, streamlining service delivery and identifying next steps;
- Administer all employee leaves of absences (maternity, illness, etc.);
- Ensures work accident information is sent to the various Workers’ Compensation Boards in the required timeframe.
**Qualifications**:
- University degree in Human Resources or equivalent field of study;
- 1 year + comparable experience;
- Passionate about people and strong interpersonal skills;
- Bilingual.
