As a member of the **Affordable Multifamily Housing Team, the Efficiency Coordinator **will be responsible for lead management and engagement and technical and administrative support. This position will require working closely with program applicants to gather requirements and navigate entry into the program. It will also require you to assist AMH team members in reviewing project documentation and perform data entry of technical information; if you are an effective multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and the ability to approach affordable housing providers enthusiastically, you could build a great career with us as an expert in deep energy retrofits.

**What to expect in your first several weeks on the job**:
**In the first week, expect to**:

- Meet with the team.
- Read the Evaluation Report and Program Manual
- Have introductions to other functional areas of the business and how they interact with the program.
- Get familiar with the general program processes and how the program operates.
- Be introduced to the lead tracking system and lead communication templates.

**In the first month, expect to**:

- Become familiar with the program's targets, goals, and objectives.
- Learn how to navigate and understand the lay of the land of other stakeholders and program administrators.
- Become familiar with all program processes.
- Learn how to navigate/use the programs' data management system, the location of all program files, and other project tracking/management tools.
- Engage program leads with team assistance and support.

**In the first three months, expect to**:

- Become familiar with in-depth measure criteria/calculations and more complex measure details.
- Coordinate with program participants independently and respond to inquiries.
- Assist with Quality Assurance activities and become familiar with program KPIs/metrics
- Be able to manage project/delivery agent tracking information, data management system, and other program processes without assistance.
