**Position**:
As a member of the Affordable Multifamily Housing Team, the **Efficiency Coordinator** will be responsible for lead management and engagement and technical and administrative support. This position will require working closely with program applicants to gather requirements and navigate entry into the program. It will also require you to assist AMH team members in reviewing project documentation and performing data entry of technical information; if you are an effective multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and the ability to approach affordable housing providers enthusiastically, you could build a great career with us as an expert in deep energy retrofits.

**A snapshot of what you will be involved with**:

- Responsible to perform cold calls to lead lists (community, non-profits, rental & real estate market)
- Responsible for communicating with program leads and responding to program inquiries virtually and in person.
- Responsible to ensure new participants have a full understanding of both the commitments and expectations of the program process
- Assisting participants in the submission of onboarding paperwork
- Assisting the program team with participant engagement and follow-ups
- Responsible for obtaining participant testimonials and using them as marketing material when communicating with leads
- Assist with a technical review of retrofit projects.
- Responsible to conduct program Quality Assurance activities
- Assisting in managing contract partners
- Responsible to do data entry and other program administration.

**What Will Help You Succeed?**
- A community college or university diploma/certificate; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong customer service background and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated skills including organizational, time management skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations.
- Technical knowledge and experience with construction technology, best building practices, and energy efficiency program administration would be considered an asset.
- Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, take the initiative, handle multiple tasks, and work to a high standard in an environment with tight timelines/deadlines.
- Must be comfortable with cold-calling various landlords and non-profits.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel.

**What to expect in your first several weeks on the job**:
**In the first week, expect to**:

- Meet with the team.
- Read the Evaluation Report and Program Manual
- Have introductions to other functional areas of the business and how they interact with the program.
- Get familiar with the general program processes and how the program operates.
- Be introduced to the lead tracking system and lead communication templates.

**In the first month, expect to**:

- Become familiar with the program’s targets, goals, and objectives.
- Learn how to navigate and understand the lay of the land of other stakeholders and program administrators.
- Become familiar with all program processes.
- Learn how to navigate/use the programs’ data management system, the location of all program files, and other project tracking/management tools.
- Engage program leads with team assistance and support.
