**Position**:
The **Efficiency Coordinator, Efficient Product Installation (EPI), **will coordinate program tracking, monthly invoicing, and delivery agent inquiries/requests, as well as work with end-use customers (inquiries and site visits). Many aspects of this job will entail supporting the Program Manager EPI and program delivery agents/partners in their monthly submissions, inputting results into the tracking system, and analyzing performance data to help inform the EPI program.

**A snapshot of what you will be involved with**:

- Completing the invoicing process monthly
- Updates excel files (understanding formulas and energy savings)
- Sends program leads to Delivery Agents monthly
- Liaising with Delivery Agents and Housing Managers to facilitate EPI installs in their communities
- Coordinates EPI initiatives with delivery agents or other programs
- Perform Quality Assurance site visits
- Incorporate new practices and ideas into the role
- Data entry, tracking, filing, and program administration
- Responding to initial customer inquiries and escalating to the Program Manager as required
- Supporting other programs within the organization as needed based on EPI workload and uptake in said programs
- Participate in any cross-training to be able to support other programs as needed and be knowledgeable in the requirements for said programs

**What Will Help You Succeed?**
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering Technology; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to take on new opportunities and challenges, with a passion to continue to develop and grow
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value and drive the business
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and have
- Ability to prioritize deliverables and work independently or within a team
- Valid driver’s license (site visits)

**What to expect in your first several weeks on the job**:
**In the first week, expect to**:

- Meet with the team
- Read the Evaluation Report and Program Manual
- Have introductions to other functional areas of the business and how they interact with the program
- Get familiar with the general program processes and how the program operates
- Observe how delivery agents are managed through job shadowing

**In the first month, expect to**:

- Become familiar with the program’s targets, goals, and objectives
- Learn how to navigate and understand the lay of the land of other stakeholders and program administrators
- Become familiar with all programs processes
- Learn how to navigate/use the programs’ data management system, location of all program files, and other project tracking/management tools
- Process invoices with coaching/support

**In the first three months, expect to**:

- Become familiar with in-depth measure criteria/calculations and more complex measure details
- Coordinate with delivery agents independently and respond to customer inquiries
- Be able to manage project/delivery agent tracking information, data management system, and other program processes without assistance.
