**The opportunity**:
The **Efficiency Coordinator, Home Energy Assessment **will report to the Program Manager, HEA. The Efficiency Coordinator for HEA will specialize in program administration as it relates to whole home energy efficiency retrofits. The role mainly consists of managing information, coordinating customer eligibility checks between various parties, customer service issues, cross-checking multiple sources of data, communicating with customers and Delivery Partners. This is supported by a solid understanding of residential building science. This includes but is not limited to familiarity with energy modeling, residential building envelope retrofits, heating/ventilation equipment systems, and the concept of the house as a system.
- Responsible to maintain a detailed database of program participant information including but not limited to participant contact information, home details, upgrade details, energy savings, and associated costs (while adhering to organizational data requirements);
- Responsible to respond to program-specific customer questions and issues.
- Responsible to Conduct detailed file reviews and HOT2000 reviews, as required.
- Responsible for relationship management with Service Organizations, which includes responding to program-specific partner questions and issues, and providing materials as requested.
- Responsible for supporting special and/or research-driven projects as required.
- Responsible for working to support the launch of moderate income incentives into the Home Energy Assessment Program.
- Responsible for supporting the Marketing and Communications team in the development of outreach and marketing strategies and materials, aligning efforts with program goals.

**What Will Help You Succeed?**
- A bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams

**What to expect in your first several weeks on the job**:
**In the first week, expect to**:

- Meet with the team.
- Read through Program Process Documentation
- Learn where and how to access program files.

**In the first month, expect to**:

- Meet with the Customer Experience & Partnerships department (ESA) to learn how our roles correlate.
- Learn customer information system software.
- Meet with Service Organizations and Quality Assurance contractors.
- Understand the core workflow and processes of the HEA Program.
- Understand NRCan and Greener Homes processes.

**In the first three months, expect to**:

- Become familiar with measure criteria, NRCan data transfers, and Hot 2000.
- Become more fluent with customer escalations, and requests and working with Service Organizations to answer customer inquiries.
- Be able to manage the Program shared inbox without assistance.
