**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with preparation of plans, designs, calculations, analyses, estimates and tender documents for sewers, watermains, roads, stormwater management and site grading.- Carry out grading and servicing design using Civil3D software- Help to prepare engineering documents, studies and reports.- Carry out field and construction site visits for data collection, condition assessment and construction inspection- Liaise with clients, contractors and authorities.- Assist with project management and proposal preparation, such as by preparing and updating project schedules and tracking sheets.- Perform other duties associated with working in a professional engineering environment.

Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field- Organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks on multiple projects.- Excellent attention to detail, specifically with accuracy in calculations and completeness of data- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment- Self-motivated and strong commitment to team work- Strong oral and written communication skills- Professional attitude and commitment to succeed.- Persistence and good work ethic.- General understanding or experience of Municipal/Civil Engineering design or construction is a plus.
