A successful candidate will have:

Enrollment in an Accounting Program and plans to pursue a designation. Basic accounting and tax knowledge sufficient to prepare client engagements. Technical competence to ensure that the work is executed and completed as planned with the direction received from your manager. Experience and a good understanding of Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word and Excel. The ability to work effectively as a member of a team. Good listening skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions. The ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff (written and oral). A keen attention to detail The ability to accept feedback and apply feedback to future engagements.
