**Traffic Coordinator**

**Position Summary**:
DISTAULO GROUP has a new opening for an experienced Traffic Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Traffic Coordinator will primarily be responsible for preparing numerous documents for North American and International shipments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work along side internal departments to coordinate shipments on a timely manner
- Approve shipments for both Canada, USA and Internationally and consolidate to optimize cost
- Communicate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure optimal planning
- Prepare and ensure the integrity of import/export documentation
- Request and enter all HTS codes for both CDN and USA
- Compare modes and service levels and select best service level at optimal cost
- Coordinate the inbound flow of merchandise and track goods in transit
- Communicate with internal customer service and warehouse in regards to incoming shipments
- Verify duty invoices for carriers and US shipments
- Follow-up on cargo and samples to ensure customer cancel dates are respected
- Communicate with overseas agents on booking, freight and shipping documents
- Preparing all the outbound shipments to USA and international including all documentation

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience using an ERP system - NetSuite an asset
- Knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements
- Good management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Bilingual; English and French written and spoken

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
