Psycho Bunny is looking for a Traffic Coordinator to join our team and to help expand our line further and better our execution. **HOW WILL YOU DO IT?**
- Actual costing
- Approve booking
- Follow up with suppliers for outstanding orders based on projected shipping date
- Monitor shipments in transit and ensure timely deliveries
- Arrange shipments by truck, boat, and air
- Manage and prepare the necessary customs and import documentation
- Verifying all brokers/forwarders' bills for payment
- Arrange payments and verify all discrepancies and deductions
- FOB business
- Issuing debit notes for approved claims

**WHO YOU ARE**

**This is what youve accomplished**
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar traffic role
- Experience in the garment industry is an asset

**This is what youll contribute to the team**
- Essential knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook software
- Experience with Momentis is an asset
- Knowledge of trade lanes and services available both in Canada and the USA
- Solid judgment and analytical skills
- Capacity to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good energy and sense of initiative
- Ability to multitask
