**About the Role**

This is a casual temporary position working up to 30 hours a week and ending mid-December.

As the Associate, Donor Engagement you will:

- Conduct Donor engagement and retention calls
- Provide information to about our United Way
- Thank donors post gift.

**About you**:
Your background includes a high school diploma and administrative or customer service experience. We welcome applicants with any combination of education and lived experiences.
