Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation (RAHF) to looking to hire for the role of **Lead, Stewardship & Donor Fulfillment, **in Edmonton, AB. Supporting the Director of Communications, this role will implement programs and activities to engage the interests of donors and non-donors alike, opening doors to new possibilities for deeper philanthropic engagement. As a leader in managing donor experiences, you are in search of a role where you can work collaboratively to build meaningful relationships and develop strategic, customized care for donors.

**As the Lead, Stewardship & Donor Fulfillment, your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of the following**:
- Lead the development and implementation of a strategic donor stewardship plan that appropriately acknowledges and stewards all gifts, while developing enhanced opportunities for stewardship and championing innovation and new ideas to build donor engagement
- Manage the operational implementation of strategic plans in the alignment of objectives and the overall mission of the organization
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure donors and sponsors are appropriately recognized and their philanthropy is celebrated. Coordinate the production of thank you materials and accurate recognition at various levels
- Oversee fund reporting to donors, particularly endowed funds, as well as fund stewardship activities that ensure donor funds are spent appropriately and donors are kept well-informed about the use and impact of their gifts.
- Maintain accuracy and organization in all databases and filing systems, including documentation supporting the Foundation’s Donor Recognition walls and donor recognition matrixes. Ensure new recognition meets recognition guidelines
- Collaborate with the Director of Communications to complete and communicate stewardship budgets
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to staff including career planning, evaluation of performance, succession planning and mentoring
**What We’re Looking for On Your Resume**:
- Post-secondary degree in a related field or a combination of equivalent skills, training, and experience
- Proven experience in implementing successful donor programs
- Prior experience with donor databases and prospect tracking systems
- Experience with donor relations/management/customer service and relationship building
- CFRE (Certified Fund-Raising Executive) certification is considered an asset
- Membership in a Healthcare / Fundraising Association is considered an asset
- Experience in volunteer management is considered an asset
- Experience in event planning and management is considered an asset

- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
