**Job Description**:
Group Retirement Services (GRS) Administration provides administration services for a variety of group products, including RRSP, RPP, DPSP, TFSA, Investment Only and various non-registered plan types. In this role you’ll contribute to the effective record-keeping and support for GRS customers. You must become proficient with the Group Pension Administration System (GPAS) and GRS processes.

**What you will do**
- Handling member and member plan maintenance on GPAS
- Timely processing, scanning, and electronically filing paperwork for the team
- Processing withdrawal cheques for distribution to customers
- Incoming cheque deposits
- Clerical support, including member file maintenance
- Preparation of material and mailing to members and clients
- Preparation of transactional forms as requested by members

**What you will bring**
- Customer service focused, with a positive can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Organized and able to work in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated; ability to effectively multi-task and confident with tight deadlines
- Results oriented; attention to detail is critical
- Instills quality in day-to-day activities/processes
- Strong interpersonal skills; team player is a must
- Ability to work comfortably with Microsoft products (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of investment/retirement arrangements and/or business processes within GRS is an asset
- Experience with the GPAS and system is an asset
