Skills and Credentials Required to Succeed as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Mental Health)
- Bachelor's degree, equivalent college or post-secondary diploma;
- _ Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English) mandatory;_
- Ability to work day, evening and/or weekend shifts;
- Customer service experience in a social service, sales, call center or office environment.
- Ability to train and work full time
