**Position Summary**

North Bay Building Products are hiring a Territory Manager to service the GTA Region spanning from Highway 404 to the Niagara Region. As Territory Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing accounts, sourcing new business opportunities and promoting manufacturer's programs.
- Territory Management or Outside Sales experience servicing "big-box" Building Centers and Hardware Stores.
- B2B Territory/Account Management experience in the building products industry.
- A strong background of outside sales in the business-to-business market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**What you will be doing**:

- Managing existing accounts while sourcing opportunities to create and increase sales.
- Creating and generating new leads, business opportunities and relationships.
- Building strong business relationships with the individuals of your accounts.
- Process inbound orders, provide quotes and solve customer service issues.
- Ensuring continued support for all company product lines.
- Conducting information sessions with contractor salespeople.
- Creating exposure in the market while maintaining and developing a positive brand image.
- Managing and growing an assigned customer base using our Customer Relationship Management tools.

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
