Territory Manager

Greater Toronto Area, Canada Volō Healthcare, Inc. Full time

**Scope of Work**:

- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals for your specific territory by establishing strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals (i.e., OB/GYNs, GPs, Nephrologists, Gastroenterologists, Dermatologists, Paediatricians, Haematologists, Pharmacists and Nurses) and promote Volō products
- Use promotional materials during sales presentations to strengthen product knowledge
- Build a high level of product knowledge to effectively sell assigned products
- Develop KOLs and speakers for CME and medical conferences
- Attend any promotional events, conferences as required
- Prepare annual business plans describing strategies for achieving established goals
- Plan and conduct value-added or educational programs for HCPs (i.e. speaker programs, journal clubs, lunch & learn sessions etc.) to promote Volō products
- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on targeted healthcare professionals in hospitals, medical clinics, pharmacies and other treatment centres
- Attend weekend and evening functions
- Prepare for, attend and actively participate in sales and training meetings, including completion of initial sales training

**Experience Skills and Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree is required
- A proven track record of a minimum of 2 years’ sales experience, pharmaceutical sales experience an asset
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational and territory management skills are essential
- Persuasive with details and facts
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- High level of drive, competitive spirit and a track record of achievement
- Ability to positively impact and influence others as well as establish credibility and build strong business relationships
