**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Attain HCCA goals within the assigned sales district pertaining to Retail Loans and Leases Originations
- Support OEM goals
- Prepare and present dealership portfolio results and program analysis
- Provide competitive information and analysis, provide competitive recommendations
- Complete all required company training and certifications.
- Develop and execute sales action plan in conjunction with the Director of Field Sales West, including prioritizing dealer contact activity within the district
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years, previous experience as a field sales representative in automotive finance - Essential
- Previous experience with Lease - Essential
- Experience with captive finance company dedicated to specific OEM - Preferred
- Experience with banking indirect auto lending - Asset
**Education & Certification**:
- BS/BA in a relevant field
- Valid driving license in Alberta or Saskatchewan
**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**:
- Ability to analyze difficult situations, respond quickly and logically to resolve issues amicably
- Proven sales track record in a competitive lending environment
- Broad, comprehensive, and working, social aptitude for computers, ever increasing skill sets
- Capacity to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing, at all levels
- Penchant to gain cooperation and commitment from OEM partners, subordinates, and others
