The Buyer's Agent / Showing Assistant role will give you a realistic view of the Real Estate industry as you spend your time assisting with a variety of Real Estate transactions, while working closely with a top-performing team and Team Lead.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the team and the Team Lead with Real-Estate related tasks as necessary
- Conduct showings for buyer clients, our listings, and host Open Houses
- Gain solid local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighbourhoods
- Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust, and increase sales volume
- Consistently prospect new leads and promote new business
- Consult with buyer clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Learn how to win the home for your buyers in competitive offer situations
- Problem solve all issues necessary to successfully reach closing

**Qualifications**:

- Education beyond a high school diploma
- BC Driver’s License
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Professional, honest demeanour
- Self-motivated and driven
- Thrives on constant improvement
- Has a strong service-mindset
- Must be coachable
- Passionate about helping clients reach their goals
- Willing to stretch beyond your comfort zone

- BC Real Estate License in good-standing
