**Your Role**:
As an Inside Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients engaging with real estate on our platform. Your daily responsibilities include:

- Engaging with clients over the phone to refine their property search criteria.
- Maintaining meticulous records in our database.

**We're Looking For Someone Who**:

- Possesses a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a drive to perform at a high level.
- Exhibits excellent organizational and computer skills.
- Has previous sales experience (an asset, but not required).
- Holds a valid BC real estate license or is willing to work as an assistant while obtaining the license.
