**Job Description**:
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Update listings on the website
- Book showings for office listings through Broker Bay
- Open and close listings for showings
- Marketing responsibilities include creating office window cards and listing brochures
- General office duties ex: filing

- Develop or enhance key skills such as multi-tasking, time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Applicant Requirements:
- High School Diploma minimum
- Communicate clearly both written and verbally
- Professional phone etiquette
- Team player
- Self-motivated
- Exceptional people skills
- Able to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Tech savvy: be able to learn new systems and trouble shoot accordingly
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint or the Mac equivalent
- Possess skills in prioritization and assess situations to determine tasks of urgency
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
- Experience in reception and systems such as Showing Time are considered an asset
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week (including weekends and holidays)
