**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams ensuring they stay on task and meet task objectives.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the requirements and are of the highest quality.
- Proactively identify ways to deliver the best work without jeopardizing schedule or budget.
- Monitor and maintain project budgets, forecasting and reporting overburn and underburn.
- Work with EP and Resource Management to forecast and secure project talent and resources.
- Work closely with Department Leads to define project scope, deliverables and effort.
- Manage and coordinate third party and/or agency partners, including leading triple-bid processes and coordinating contracting.
- Work with Client and team to clarify strategic requirements and manage expectations.
- Actively identify, mitigate, and manage project risk.
- Lead internal and vendor meetings, ensuring they meet stated objectives and agendas.
- Actively participate in Client meetings.
- Technical admin tasks to support production (domain registration, hosting account setup, etc.

**What you'll bring**:

- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or digital communications.
- Experience in dealing with a variety of marketing technology development tools and platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment, and to determine priorities across projects.
- Experience in the project management roll with a strong focus on creating project budgets and timelines, and monitoring adherence to these plans.
- Interfacing with vendors for specialized services such as UX/UI design, animation, web development, AR, AI, etc.
- Resourcefulness - you know how to prioritize and get things done.
- A thirst to learn about new and emerging digital technologies.
- A proactive and creative problem solver.
- A passionate team-first mentality, working with junior staff and other specialty teams to deliver our best thinking for clients’ business assignments.
