We are seeking a creative, dynamic, committed professional to join our team:
DELF Administrative Coordinator

100%, Regular, 35 hours per week

12 Months Per Year

ESP Level 7 - $48,803 - $62,947 per annum

Reporting to the System Principal, Program and Learning (DELF Lead), the DELF Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administration of the Grade 12 French proficiency test, including communications, scheduling, database and spreadsheet management, and materials production. This position liaises with internal and external clients to maximize and facilitate participation of eligible students over the course of the year. Ability to use Excel (advanced features) is a required function of the job.

The DELF Administrative Coordinator will also perform general office duties, which includes but is not limited to, ordering and distributing office and equipment supplies, preparing/drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars, bundling and tracking of materials distributed to schools, and other tasks as assigned by the System Principal.

Flexibility to alter time and location of work during DELF oral interviews (e.g. Wednesday through Sunday) is required.

**Qualifications**:
At minimum, Office Administration Diploma and 4 years of experience in an office environment with advanced computer skills. A four year undergraduate degree in Social Science or Business is preferred.

Advanced fluency in both English and French (Oral and Written).

Advanced skills (e.g., use of pivot tables, vlookup, functions etc.) in the use of spreadsheets, databases, and other systems, including the ability to manipulate multiple databases, create mail merges and manage an on-line scheduling system.

Communication skills including oral and written fluency in English and French, required in order to provide and clarify information to internal and external clients (including parents, teachers, students, etc.) on testing requirements and the registration process.

Ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision.

Must be able to adapt to changes in schedules, and is flexible during peak testing periods. During DELF administration, work weeks will shift from a Monday to Friday schedule to a Wednesday to Sunday schedule.
