This is a great opportunity to work on some of the best ski hills on the Escarpment. We are looking for hard-working individuals to join our seasonal Snowmaking team Our Snowmakers must be flexible as this role is dependent on weather and must be willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

**RESPONSBILITIES (not limited to)**:

- Operate snow guns, high pressure air and water equipment safely
- Undertake general maintenance when required and/or assigned by the Lead
- Move snowmaking guns and hoses safely as per Club procedures to a location assigned by the Lead.
- Monitor temperature, snowfall and wind direction
- Follow all safety procedures as instructed and/or outlined in manuals or company policies
- Maintain records as set out by company policies
- Return defective or frozen snow equipment to shop for repair or thawing
- Safely operate various types of motorized equipment on and off the hill such as snowmobiles and utility vehicles ensuring policies are followed.
- Responsible for completing daily circle check logs when operating Club equipment, i.e. snowmobiles, utility vehicles, etc.
- Responsible for completing various snowmaking systems logs accurately, neatly and in the prescribed manner.
- Notify your supervisor immediately of any unsafe, unusual, or abnormal situations or incidents in your work area or elsewhere at the Club.
- Keep work areas (control room, pump house, compressor plant, etc.) equipment, vehicles (snowmobiles, etc.) and accessories (hose, etc.) clean, tidy and in good operating order.
- Always be aware of the safety of members, guests, snowmaking team members and other employees.
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by the Snowmaking Lead.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Ability to work in various/changing weather conditions.
- Perform all tasks safely in accordance with the health and safety policies.
- Must have a valid Class G driver’s licence in good standing
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be physically fit and be able to perform in physically demanding activities e.g., moving hoses, snow shoveling, etc.
- Ability to operate a snowmobile would be an asset
- Flexible, adaptable and able to execute a range of job duties and changing priorities.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess professional maturity and impeccable integrity.
