Reporting to the Director of Property Operations, this role will have an eye for satisfaction and work amongst the asset management and property management team along with general office administrative duties. You will develop effective methods to ensure that each customer has been given all possible attention needed for positive results while driving business operations.

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the execution of excellent customer service including tenant relations and business operations in property management
- Managing tenant complaints and inquiries
- Handling service requests ensuring follow through from asset/project managers
- Database tracking
- Daily banking and mail responsibilities
- Assisting in new acquisition setup
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Coordinate the office upkeep and assist any administrative duties with the team
- Creating or assisting with execution and filing of formal documents such as lease agreements, purchase orders and construction contracts
- Prepare financial and asset management reports by summarizing provided inputs for asset managers
- Sending notice to tenants as needed
- File storage and organization on shared drives
- Special projects on an as needed basis [e.g. Waste management project]
**Qualifications**:
- Strong customer service orientation and support
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Proven ability to present detailed and complex data in different formats to different audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure.
- Well-developed interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively manage relationships with internal relationships and external partners.
- Demonstrated administrative skills to organize, plan, budget, problem solve
- Ability to type 50+ words per minute
- Experience working with GoogleDrive
- Experience with RentManager/Yardi is a bonus
