** Your Role**: As the Customer Care Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience each time they engage with Kuehne+Nagel. You will be responsible for direct interaction with our customer, proactive customer service, problem solving, customer follow up, interaction with our carrier partners
** Your Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the implementation and readiness for go live for Spectrum Brands
- Prove high quality customer service for managing Spectrum Brands transportation solutions.
- Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Kuehne + Nagel’s Quality Safety Health & Environment (QSHE) requirements.
- Preparation, adherence and maintenance of client Standard Operating Procedures.
- Shipment confirmations to ensure all deliveries take place within the transit requirements.
- Manage shipment discrepancies, including root cause analysis and correction actions.
- Key Performance Indicators: data collection and analysis for carrier’s performance.
- Provide On site dock support, POD Management, including shipment level OS+D.
- Ensure data integrity & data quality into the Transportation Management System.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- High School Degree or Equivalent
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service role
- 2 years of experience in Transportation /Distribution Center/ Warehouse environment
- Knowledge of CEIL system
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Advanced computer skills, including full proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel)
- Availability to work periodic overtime in order to meet the requirements of the operation
