Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
**Duties**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Utilize sales techniques to promote additional products or services to customers
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving our products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry software
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette while communicating with customers
**Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Sales experience is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
