The Good Cleaners is expanding quickly, and we are looking for a talented sales and account manager who can contribute in growing our sales volume.

This role will require you to be independent & resourceful. Guidance is provided, but training will not be provided. This means you must show a track record with strong sustainable sales goals & achievements, and we expect you to have your own sales methods established from experience.

**You must be comfortable with cold calling**, as this will be an essential aspect of this job. Although we do receive organic leads, what we are looking for is someone who is comfortable reaching out & building partnerships with new clients & building managers in order for The Good Cleaners' customer base to expand.

- **Pay**_

Pay is highly rewarding, **100% based **on commission & uncapped. Pay will be based on our minimum pay structure of 40$ per recurring lead. 1 person = 1 lead, meaning 1 lead with 20 individuals requesting services (for a building for instance) would make for a commission of 20*40$ + 50 cents per hour booked for 2 years. We offer bonuses every 30 leads booked, as well as adjusted higher commissions on larger cleanings.
- **Language requirements**_**:You must be comfortable leading a sales conversation in French. Fluent English is mandatory.
