**Spa Receptionist Responsibilities**:

- Book spa appointments
- Receiving and issuing payments
- Providing information to clients on retail products and spa services
- Escorting guests to and from treatment rooms and waiting areas
- Driving additional revenue by actively upselling retail products, promotional offers and encouraging repeat bookings
- Managing schedules and confirming appointments as well as data entry
- Other duties as assigned

**What you’ll need as a Spa Receptionist**:
**Experience**: 1+ year's in a spa environment

**Education**: Secondary School Graduate Diploma preferred

**Other Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

**Full time and part time available**
