**Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Surrey Campus**

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative support to the Human Resources Manager, assisting with various HR-related tasks and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by coordinating interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, and preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Support the HR Manager in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of HR databases, ensuring data integrity and generating relevant reports.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the submission of the hours for the payroll, including gathering and verifying attendance reports, sick leaves, vacations, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Assist with offboarding processes, including the collection of company property and updating employee records.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

- Business/ HR diploma or equivalent / bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- One to three years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.

Job type: Full
- Time Position: 40hours/week.
