We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who works as part of the Actum Health team to ensure exceptional service is experienced by all clients and customers and that the clinical operations are seamless. Daily tasks involve in-person customer services, management of incoming calls, client and customer communications and administrative support of clinical programs.

Administrative duties are performed in-clinic during operating hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm). Given the current public health guidelines, all Actum Health staff require full COVID-19 vaccination status.

As part of our interdisciplinary team of professionals, the Administrative Assistant plays an essential role in the front-end operations of the clinic. The Administrative Assistant will report to the Office Manager.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Provide assistance to clients and visitors when they arrive at the clinic
- Answer phone calls and direct callers as needed
- Gather and enter client information in the EMR
- Manage the clinic schedule
- Scheduling of assessments, subsequent appointments, group classes
- Provide technical support to clients and others for virtual appointments
- Tracking of report due dates/submissions
- Providing technical support to staff as needed
- Providing administrative support to clinicians as needed

- Experience with delivering client-focused customer service

- Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with strong sense of judgment
- Remain calm under difficult circumstances maintaining professional temperament

**Salary**: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
