**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative / Broker to join our team at AzurePharm. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our suite of products and services tailored specifically for pharmacists and pharmacy operations. You will leverage your sales expertise to expand our market presence and contribute to our vision of simplifying pharmacy management.

**Responsibilities**:
Generate sales by engaging with pharmacists, pharmacy owners, and related healthcare professionals.
Present and promote PharmaGuide’s products, including PHOX Docs, PHOX Wiki, PHOX2Ship, and more, demonstrating how these tools can enhance pharmacy operations.
Develop strategies to approach potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on long-term success and customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback from the field to assist in product development and enhancements.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.
Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and the challenges faced by pharmacists.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to self-motivate and work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position offering competitive rates and a high earning potential based on performance. Specific commission structure details will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: $44,499.76-$107,019.19 per year
