**Position**:Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

**Duties**:(_include but not limited to_) Processing customer orders, vendor purchase orders, customer calls, backorders and confirmations in an efficient and timely manner, in addition to providing technical, pricing, quotation support and market knowledge support to all sales colleagues.

**Shift**: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

**Compensation**:Salaried position - competitive wages depending on experience

**Core Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally in the door/building products industry
- Microsoft Office proficiency and good computer skills
- Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems and record keeping
- Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems with difficult customers
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and use sound judgment skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as individually, without supervision
