We're currently seeking a motivated Inside Sales representative to join our team and help us continue our mission of exceeding customer expectations. This position will require the individual to work one Saturday per month.

The Inside Sales Representative position at MaidPro Edmonton plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success. By engaging with prospective clients, providing accurate cleaning estimates, and nurturing strong customer relationships, the Inside Sales professional directly contributes to increasing sales revenue and expanding our client base. Their proactive approach to customer care ensures that clients receive exceptional service, leading to high levels of satisfaction and retention. Additionally, by collaborating with team members and providing operational support, they contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations. Ultimately, the Inside Sales Represenative serves as a vital link between the company and its clients, helping to uphold MaidPro Edmonton's reputation for excellence in the cleaning services industry.

You are the perfect fit for MaidPro if YOU have:

- 3+ years in a similar inside sales role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to work and the ability to take initiative.
- Experience with SalesForce or a similar CRM program

We offer a competitive compensation structure ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for variable compensation based on performance.
