We are currently looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant (Internship) at our Head Office.

**Duties**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Support accounting tasks such as invoicing using Quickbooks
- Keeping contact with suppliers and customers

**Skills**:

- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy office environment
- Excellent phone etiquette to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Precision, attention to detail
- Multitasking skills
- **Spanish skills is an asset**

**Job Type**: Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 3-4 months

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
