Office Coordinator

*Duties*
- Coordinate and administrate company contracts for the upcoming snow season
- Prepare and update Customer Dispatch lists
- Imput, organize and sort daily activity logs for billing(Excel)
- Administer invoices, RFQ's and other requests via Cloud based Portal
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Provide support in team management activities
*Requirements*
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Highly Proficiency in Organization
- Previous experience in an office coordinator or similar role preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
Pay: $21.67-$33.09 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
