**Job description**:
The aim of the Human Resources Department is to ensure Mantu growth by giving to employees the right support and career development throughout their work experience. HR Governance offers mobility and training solution, manages payslips and administrative procedures, ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations etc.
**Your Role**
Within the HR governance, the International Mobility Specialist for Iberia and America is responsible to facilitate international mobility within the organization and is also the main point for stakeholders in that region. In particular, this function involves being in charge of the full mobility case cycle.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be the following:
- Handle the whole cycle of a mobility case from eligibility to onboarding (including complex and confidential cases).
- Run the analysis of the cases, to determine the best contractual, tax, social security and immigration routes as well as the compensation package. In particular, this involves:
- Work on international mobility cases cost projections/ employer costs reports, using internal tools, calculate withholding tax and social security contributions.
- In complex cases, establish corporate’s risks.
- Provide immigration recommendations (process, checklists...) to business travelers in the scope.
- Clarify immigration processes and assess risks for the Business when recruiting foreign workers.
- Coordinate the mobility once the analysis is cleared, requiring to:
- Manage the immigration processes (visa/work permit) to ensure the employee has the required visa,
- Coordinate other compliance obligations related to mobility, tax and social security.
- Monitor changes in the scope (legal, social, tax, comp&ben, immigration ) and anticipate the impact on processes.
- Provide International Mobility expertise on new countries opening.
- Assist in the creation and development of mobility methodologies and policies.
- Contribute to Department Projects.
- Coach the team on International Mobility topics.
- You have a master’s degree in law/tax.
- You are fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
- You have relevant experience (4 - 5 years) in International Mobility (tax side), so you have very good technical knowledge in tax on at least 1 country (within Iberia or America).
- You have experience working with mobility packages and cost projection calculations.
- Knowledge on Immigration processes is a plus.
- You have a great understanding of international mobility management and trends in a global context.
- You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging international environment.
- You have a strong business acumen, great analysis skills & attention to detail.
- You are client-oriented and solution-focused.
