Montréal, Canada The Mobility House Full time

We’re looking for a strong self-starter who can lead our Implementation Project Management team towards scalability. This role will report directly to the head of Product and Implementation, and will be responsible for guiding the strategic direction and growth of the team and its members.

**Requirements**:

- A track record of successfully managing energy or infrastructure (ideally EV) projects from beginning to end, including project design, identification of product requirements, contracting, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrable expertise in engaging, managing and coordinating stakeholders, internal and external.
- Several years of experience in project management, we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
- Prior experience managing individuals, a team, its performance, growth and long-term strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and execute on process improvement opportunities.
- Experience using project management tools & software, to create streamlined workflows, stay organized & maintain visibility on all projects.
- Strong alignment with The Mobility House's mission.

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with electric vehicle industry, charging infrastructure, electrification projects or the language of electricity
- Experience with energy related software
- Experience growing a team within a startup
- Experience with project tracking tools

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead TMH’s Implementation Project Management team who oversee the deployment of EV charging infrastructure projects & related software, across North America.
- In collaboration with TMH North America leadership, define & execute the Implementation team’s strategy to scale efficiently as TMH grows in the years to come, specifically focusing on process improvement.
- Proactively identify and develop opportunities to improve team operations, uncover business opportunities or reduce company costs.
- Lead the team members, assess their work, provide feedback, coach them with specific advice, and support them to become the best at managing customers, partners, and their expectations.
- Stand in as the Project Manager for more complex projects in the transit space, including planning, scheduling, testing, contractors, and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish project priorities & process improvements, including the Sales, Product and Operations teams.
- Identify, track & report on key metrics that measure team performance and project status, including using reports & dashboards to keep stakeholders informed.

This role requires up to 25% travel.

Total compensation: CAD$126,052 - $155,712 inclusive of base salary and other incentives such as annual bonus. Actual offer will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, and experience.

This is a remote role based in Canada.
