**Role Overview**:
**What you will do**:

- Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks within the Financial Service Cloud.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define project objectives scope and work you're doing.
- Facilitate communication between project team members and customers to ensure clear understanding of project expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into future project plans.

**What you bring to the role**:

- 7+ Years of demonstrable experience as Business Systems Analyst.
- Experience working in Agile - Scrum/SAFE/Scaled Agile methodology; Jira, Confluence tools.
- MuleSoft Integration is required.
- Experience in the Financial industry, Business Banking preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers.
- Advanced knowledge of the specific business areas, processes, workflows, standards, and business practices

**Working Arrangements**:
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in our client's office in Toronto, ON. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
