We offer efficient and top-quality print projects for all budgets and business types. We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Purchasing and Accounting Professional. This role is based at our office in Scarborough, and reports to the Senior Account Manager/ Office Manager/Owner.

**Responsibilities**
- Initiate and follow through on purchasing efforts including purchase order creation, track purchase orders of materials and services to ensure timely deliveries, and update order records.
- Future forecast to plan for inventory levels and to mitigate supply chain issues in procurement of goods or services.
- Maintain up-to-date internal database and communicate with key personnel vendor costs, changes in service level, product specifications and more.
- Coordinate the delivery of high-quality materials and outsourced services, troubleshoot with vendors to address quality concerns.
- Communicate effectively with Production Teams to ensure seamless project workflow and timely completion of projects to customer satisfaction.
- Performing order revisions as necessary, including price adjustments, changing/adding schedules, opening/closing purchase orders, etc.
- Analyzing and confirming the correctness of customer orders.
- Maintain vendor database in Quickbooks and workflow system.
- Update supplier / vendor prices into MIS system and communicate effectively to estimating team about changes made.
- Analyzing sources, verifying, and processing orders.
- Serving as a specialist within the group and providing interpretation and problem solving advice to others inside and outside of the department.
- Manage office procurement including purchase orders, collection of biddings, ordering supplies
- Manage inventory receiving, releasing, accounting, and reporting.
- Maintain easy access archiving for all accounting and procurement documents.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 2+ year of full time purchasing and accounting experience is required.
- Knowledge of various purchasing and accounting systems, receiving report processing, and shipping regulations.
- Prior experience in the printing industry is an asset.
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high work volumes with accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- **Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple teams.**:

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, especially during period ends, and audit preparation periods.
- Reliable and consistent attendance, punctuality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.
