**JOB SUMMARY**

The Marketing Manager supports the Post-Acute Channel at the Customer Activation level in traditional and digital/online environments including social voice and ecommerce activation. As part of the Marketing team this individual is responsible for implementing strategies to grow awareness and engagement of the Medline Canada brand while driving growth by connecting Medline with its customers in the market, and through digital environments. The individual will work in close alignment with Sales and other key business stakeholders to manage, implement and activate brand campaigns, communications and activities that lead to positive sales impacts while building the credibility and differentiated value of the Medline brand in Canada.

**Reporting to**: Director, Brand Marketing

**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for developing and executing Annual Marketing Plans that activate Customer Insights. Including product launch plans by working closely and collaboratively with stakeholders including; Sales, Product Managers, ecommerce teams and the Consumer and post - acute leads, and other internal stakeholders as required
- Contribute to the GtM and Value Proposition Strategies related to the post - acute market
- Understand Market Dynamics and acts on Business Goals
- Act as the Marketing Channel Champion and measures and report success, while being able to pivot as needed in a fast-moving healthcare world
- Develop and coordinates sales channel discussions & vehicles to seek regular input from stakeholders to ensure required programs, messaging, and marketing tools are aligned to business objectives and priorities
- Work closely with the comms and creative team, and sales, to activate campaigns that move the needle in post-acute
- Support other members of the Marketing Team for other marketing tactics as needed
- Develop and manages and project budgets and plans
- Analyze activities and campaigns with ROI metrics and focuses on market channel activation.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience, MBA is advantageous
- Digital marketing experience required
- 3 to 5 years in a Marketing management role
- Experience with Healthcare Brand Marketing is critical
- Bilingual - English and French (considered an asset)
- Be an ambassador for Medline CARES culture
- Strategic thinking and strong Market Dynamics Acumen
- Be a strong project manager with the ability manage a fast-moving environment with purpose
- Understand how customers behave and react on line to deliver customer action
- Foster a culture of excellence and accountability and support decisions with data and insights
- Create continuous improvement and embrace innovation by demonstrating comfort in creating, developing, and doing new things
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project
- Ability to work in high performing, cross departmental teams, and in controlling concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines
- Experience in aligning strategic initiatives to business objectives and analyzing and reporting ROI
- Experience in managing, creating, leading integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns
- Experience in delivering and leveraging data-driven business analytics and developing business insights
